Where AI, Construction and Real Estate converge is a realm where a specific skillset is required. AImeliorate is the brainchild of two of the AEC industry's polyvalents with decades of C-Suite, real world AEC construction experience (the good and the bad) specifically in the legacy estate types that can benefit from Data Centre repurposing.

Chris Spiceley BSc Hons - Managing Director

Henry Mickleburgh MSc - Technical Director

With over 30 years of International Construction experience, grounded in Civil Engineering and having come 'through the ranks' of Tier 1 contractors, Henry has experienced almost every arena of public and private sector construction projects, specialising in Nuclear and Industrialised Construction. A cursed critical thinker who maintains a discerning approach to every challenge to assess the best cutting edge technologies and processes in the built environment world. Additionally qualified in Data Centre Design and Construction, Computational Fluid Dynamics, EV Infrastructure and ESS Solutions, Henry has been at the forefront of using and evaluating data to improve the way in which we can pragmatically realise key driver success.

30 years ago, Chris added IT modules to his Construction Management degree, which gave him a head start in the transition to computing assisted construction of today. He spent a great deal of the 1990s knee-deep in Web-based technologies such as collaboration extranets and procurement tools, which he then optimised and developed during his senior management positions with global Investment, Development and Construction players like Lendlease and G&T, tasked with P&L responsibility and identifying new physical and computational technologies across these businesses. Chris has an exceptional knowledge of public and private sector real estate assets, which combined with his unparalleled understanding of Computational design and Industrialised construction solutions provides a unique opportunity to harness the very tangible potential to unlock untapped critical infrastructure income for legacy estate clients.
